Go to page management and select ‘Products’ to choose desired item to edit, then you will see the editing interface.
Please note that the attribute of discount type, percentage and fixed-amount here just used to discount of individual products.

There will have individual discount automatically when add this product to order list after setting this value, for more details please refer to the following video.
